Strategy Overview The Dowsure 90-Day Locked Vault utilizes a Real-World Asset (RWA) strategy to generate yield outside of standard DeFi markets. Deposited stablecoins are allocated to Dowsure, an e-commerce financing platform, to fund first-lien Direct Payment Link (DPL) and Line of Credit (LOC) products for large-scale Amazon merchants. Key Mechanics & Risk Management:

Yield Composition: The 15% target APR consists of a 10% APR cash yield and a 5% APR DOW token incentive. The cash yield is settled in USDC when the 90-day lock ends. The DOW incentive is calculated in USD — a $1,000 deposit held for 90 days earns $1,000 × 5% × 90/365 = $12.33 — and is airdropped as DOW of equivalent value 90 days after the lock ends, on Mar 8, 2027. If DOW is not listed at that time, the amount is paid in USDC.
Asset Allocation: 100% deployed into real-world e-commerce merchant financing. The cash yield is generated from actual business loan interest.
90-Day Strict Lock: To match off-chain loan durations, deposits are locked for 90 days (T+1 to T+90). Early withdrawals are not supported.
Rollover & Redemption: Redemption requests must be submitted 7 days prior to maturity, before Dec 1, 23:59 UTC. Unrequested funds will automatically roll over into the next 90-day vault cycle.
Default Recovery Mechanism: Direct loans are first-lien secured. In the event of a loan default, Dowsure’s dedicated recovery channels will be activated. The recovery process may take an additional 15 to 60 days post-maturity before funds are distributed.
